Ingredients
Apple Cake Spice Oats
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp apple cake spice
  • 2 cups milk of choice or Kefir or Lactose free milk
  • GARNISH
  • 1 Tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • pinch apple cake spice
  • 25g Granny Smith apple sliced finelyPlace oats into a large jar add apple spice and shake well.
Instructions
  • Place oats and Apple cake spice into large jar, shake well.
  • Add milk of choice and shake well, leave overnight in the refrigerator.
  • Spoon into four portions, top with garnish and enjoy.
  • Apple cake spice can be purchased from Gewurzhaus, unable to source ground cinnamon can be used instead.
